New Kia SUVs
New Kia SUVs in Yuma, AZ
Five SUVs, five very different jobs. Kia's utility lineup stretches from a compact crossover that slots into a tight parking space to a three-row electric SUV with room for a full family and their gear. Most shoppers who walk into Kia of Yuma already know they want an SUV the harder part is figuring out which one to choose.
Once something looks right, the full new Kia SUV line up new Kia inventory shows what is on our lot today.
The Kia SUV Lineup
Kia Seltos
The smallest of the group makes a great ride in town. Available all-wheel drive gives it more capability than its footprint suggests, and it carries a lot of the same driver-assistance technology found further up the lineup. Parking, fuel and insurance all stay manageable, which makes it a common pick for a first new vehicle or a second household car.
Kia Sportage
The compact SUV most people are cross-shopping when they start looking. Cargo room behind the rear seats is generous for the class, the X-Line and X-Pro versions add all-wheel drive and a more rugged setup, and hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions are part of the range. Details on trims and features are on the new Kia Sportage page.
Kia Sorento
Three rows without the parking-lot penalty of a full-size SUV. The second row can be configured with captain's chairs or a bench, which changes the vehicle from a six-seater into a seven-seater. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants are offered. The new Kia Sorento page covers the trim walk.
Kia Telluride
Kia's largest gas SUV, built around a third row that adults can actually use. Wider and longer than the Sorento, with cargo space behind the third row rather than only behind the second. Current Telluride models are listed in the Kia showroom.
Kia EV9
A three-row SUV with no gas engine at all. Same family-hauling brief as the Telluride, handled electrically, with home charging as the daily routine and public fast charging for longer runs. More on the Kia EV9.
Narrowing It Down
Seating count is usually the first fork in the road. Two rows and the choice is between Seltos and Sportage; three rows and it becomes Sorento, Telluride or EV9.
Fuel is the second. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid options across the Sportage and Sorento suit drivers covering long daily distances, while the EV9 removes fuel from the equation entirely for households that can charge at home.
Cargo is the third, and it rewards measuring rather than guessing. A Sportage with the rear seats folded holds more than a Sorento with all three rows up.
Drive is the last one. All-wheel drive is available across the lineup and standard on the Sportage X-Line and X-Pro, which is worth factoring in if your route includes unpaved stretches.
Kia SUV Test Drives for Somerton Drivers
Somerton is roughly twenty minutes out, which makes back-to-back test drives realistic in a single visit. Driving a Sportage and a Sorento the same afternoon settles the two-row versus three-row question faster than any spec sheet. Our sales team can have several models pulled up and ready if you call ahead.
Financing, Service and What Comes Next
